Welcome to the Special Needs Advisory Project (SNAP). We provide an inclusion specialist at each R&R dedicated to assisting providers and other professionals as well as families with special needs children. Through each specialist, SNAP offers workshops, training and one-to-one assistance. These individuals are specially trained to connect families with community resources and early care and education professionals.
